"Great location and management "

The location is fantastic and close to everything in the area. The best part of our stay was the host Mustafah. He and his team went above and beyond helping us book activities and transportation all at the last minute. Breakfast was Turkish and full of variety. Only request for future stays is fans or air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed in July and it was quite warm in the rooms even with the windows open.

"Amazing hotel and fantastic staff"

Hotel was fantastic - amazing views of the town and hot air balloons from the roof terrace and our room, staff were brilliant - incredibly attentive and helpful at all times, and hotel itself is a great mix between comfort and cave! I have no idea how this is only classed as a 3 star - it should be far higher!

Location: 10/10 with breathtaking views of the town. To wake up to the sounds of the hot air balloons, and open up your door to see them gliding across your sight is absolutely priceless. The terraces are Instagram worthy and quite peaceful for meals (restaurants are currently take away only). Food pick up/delivery services offered by hotel (I believe) we just preferred to walk down the hill and enjoy the ambiance. Staff: 11/10 what lovely people who go the extra mile for their customers. I especially want to thank Mustafa for the wonderful conversation which made my stay that much more personal and special. He helped my mother and I book transport to the hotel and made sure we had breakfast to go since we were leaving early. It's a unique stay and and we truly enjoyed our time at Castle Cave Hotel.

First of all, a really great location. Castle Cave is a huge fairy chimney. I think the best view in Goreme is here. Because it is in the middle and a high place. The balloons are passing above you. The hotel is completely clean and stylish. Breakfast was very rich. Hotel owners help for our balloon tour and airport transfer. Recommendation! Thanks.
