Hotel Estancia Santa Cruz

I could not stress how happy it was for our family to have stayed in Santa Cruz Hotel. At first it was a bit difficult for us because the hotel is located a bit far away from the city center, but afterwards we realized it was an advantage because of the nature and location. Elder is the owner and manager of the Hotel and he lives with his beautiful family in the hotel and is available all the time. Their employees are very polite and you feel your needs are taken care by them during the whole stay. There are countless places suitable for children in the hotel, like a jumping yard, helicopter toy and a dolls house. Our 2 year old boy was extremely happy playing there. The environment of the hotel was so good that even sometimes we just wanted to stay more and I only regret not staying more days in Curitiba. We also had some issues with our passports as we forgot them in the Hotel and Elder was so kind as to even send them to us. This really says a lot from a manager whose priority is client satisfactions. They will also be prompt to answer all your question and give any trip advices. You cannot go wrong staying in this hotel, I assure you. PS: We stayed in Hotel Estancia Santa Cruz in October 2013, but could not select those dates from the list.

Perfect place to stay with your family to explore Curitiba and surroundings. A very quiet and rural feel, but only 10 mins away from the centre. Fantastic garden, pool and play facilities for children, without them bothering other guests. Great breakfast, Very warm welcome by owners, who were extremely helpful and accommodating. Even though you are in a bg city you feel like you are in a nature reserve when staying here. The staff went above and beyong. The gentleman that checked us in went out of his way with his Ipad to understand English and make sure we had everything we could want. We arrived aroun 8pm so we just had dinner at the hotel the first night. Dinner was perfect - especially eating on the deck watching nature and enjoying the palm trees. The price was extremely reasonable and the location was good. Breakfast was good and they even offered eggs.

Near city center but in a GREAT and BIG NATURAL AREA, good and lovely staff. if you want to stay in Curitiba without the strees of the city center it is the rigth place, difficult to find better location for a familly with children.
