El alojamiento está bien , la habitación perfecta con cama cómoda. El personal muy simpática y te ayuda mucho .

Lo que menos me gustó fue la limpieza del baño del dormitorio . Y por otro lado que a pesar de que las instalaciones de la piscina están muy bien , es incómodo ver a la gente bañarse con ropa de la calle . Creo que habría que exigir usar un bañador para las instalaciones . Parece poco higiénico bañarse en una piscina de un hotel con la ropa que vienes de la calle . Eso hace que no disfrutes de las instalaciones .

There are a few places to eat near the hotel: a Circle K store within 50 metres, a bakso restaurant and a vegan cafe across the street.

Dirty and shabby rooms, non-existent staff. Don't expect a doorman to be present at any time. The hotel seems to cater mainly to village people who may be easily impressed. The hotel only accepts cashless payments. One of the toilets was absolutely filthy and stunk badly. I've attached images below. The carpet in the hallways also stunk of mildew. The bathroom faucets were damaged and badly needed replacing. The drain in one of the showers didn't work properly and so the floor was slippery and wet all of the time. There are no curtains or drapes, only pull down blinds. Horrible. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY 'IBIS STYLES' PROPERTY EVER AGAIN. Horrible.

The location

Our room was quite big and comfortable. We also liked the location, just a couple of minutes away from Malioboro street. The neigbourhood may look a little dark, but still we felt safe walking around in the evenings, as there were many shops, warungs and generally many people around. The rooftop pool is great, as well as the terrace. We were there every evening during our stay, and mostly alone. A really nice place to cool down after a long day of walking in scorching heat of Jogyakarta. Also, a very efficient and helpfull staff at the reception desk.

We think that the breakfast was below the Ibis standard, at least when it comes to western options of food. Cleanliness was not a major issue, but some improvements are needed. We were really annoyed by the lack of hot water (it was only lukeworm). Also, towels were grey, rather than white.

Helpful staff. Good location. Nice spread for breakfast. Special thanks to Ms Yuni who went out of the way to make vegetarian food available to us. Will recommend this hotel to our friends.
