Sensi Paradise Beach Resort

We enjoyed the pools and the restaurant was good quality (except the free breakfast which was not nice at all).

Everything was overpriced, and customer service was non existent. We arrived to a sweat lodge for a room, no one turned on the AC for our arrival. We spent our first day at the resort waiting for repairs to our shower, toilet, A/C, and to get a sheet for our day bed and a couple pillows. The staff is largely from Burma…they speak very little Thai and English…and, no German, Spanish, or French. Simple communication with staff (away from front desk) was very difficult and tedious. People found large snakes in their rooms, and, the beachfront cabins don’t have an easy way to access the rocky beach, which is not comfortable for swimming without shoes…our room seemed to never cool down, even after they cleaned tons of dirt out of the filters… They are quite petty to charge extra for a latte or cappuccino after paying over $250 USD a night for a wooden fort on concrete stilts. Upon arrival they alert you to their no refund policy, in case you choose to leave early…after seeing their rooms and lack of service. They need to do a major overhaul of the entire place to earn the prices they are charging…and for over $200 per night in Thailand, they should make you a Cappuccino, serve it in English…and, with a smile.

Très bon emplacement à proximité du port, dans un quartier très calme. Les piscines sont bien. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment super avec un personnel très gentille et serviable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'extérieur du bungalow. La chambre/salle de bain était très bien.

La climatisation était bruyante (indispensable pour dormir).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la piscine est très agréable et une superbe belle vue pour le petit déjeuner, le personnel est très gentil et souriant, adorable!

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Rustig aan het zwembad en strand en op wandelafstand van de drukte. Het eten is heerlijk en uitgebreide keuze.

Niets op aan te merken.

Vi hade ett toppenläge på vår bungalow med hela havet framför oss. Underbart med dagbädden i skuggan på terassen. Lungt och stilla för det mesta.Service med transfer till och från båten utan kostnad, Vi hade nära till restaurang, stranden och poolområdet. Bra mat i restaurangen. OK frukost, Vänlig personal. Hotellet ligger lite vid sidan om vilket vi verkligen uppskattade.

Språkkunskaperna bland den unga personalen skulle kunna förbättras.

Die ganze Anlage, mitten in der Natur, das war herrlich. Nettes hilfsbereites Personal, bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück mit wechselnden Thai Gerichten. Der Shuttle Service und das ab und zu Zickadenkonzert, fanden wir toll

Nichts, es war super bei Sensi Paradise. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und man konnte die Boote am Pier hören aber uns hat es nicht gestört.
