Hyatt Select St Louis Airport

Location, Beds,Room size, pool, exercise room.

Same breakfast every morning. And being harassed about not paying for my room already, and afterwards he found out that it was in facted, already paid for.

Very clean and modern. Staff were very helpful. Airport located close by and free shuttle was a plus.

Overall decent stay. Safe did not work in the room and the door had a large gap at the bottom. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Room was clean, staff was nice. Transportation too and from airport was easy and quick. Extended park was also a smooth process.

The property was nice and well kept. Checkin was fast ⅚

I stayed at the Best Western Plus by Lambert Airport for one reason only: proximity to the airport. The front desk clearly told me the airport shuttle leaves at 4:00 AM sharp. I came downstairs at 3:55 AM, only to be told the shuttle had already left. There was no apology, no effort to help — just a casual, “Don’t worry, they’ll be back around 4:40.” That might work if my flight wasn’t at 5:20 AM. If I wanted the 4:40 shuttle, I would’ve slept another half hour and come down at 4:30. This hotel’s entire value proposition is its location — right by the airport and in the same lot as the Alamo/National rental center. If they can’t even manage their one essential service — the airport shuttle — what’s the point of staying here? Completely unreliable, dismissive staff, and zero accountability. I’ll be staying anywhere else next time — even if it means walking to the terminal.
