Super Frühstück! Klasse Service.

Zimmerreinigung nicht besonders gründlich. Gebrauchsspuren überall. Teppich im 6. Stock sehr angelaufen.

The staff were extremely accommodating and the hotel room was incredibly comfortable. I stayed here for the Ironman and would definitely choose this hotel again because if its excellent location, convenience and quality.

The room was clean and comfortable, and in line with the sustainable theme of the hotel. The breakfast was really good. A very nice selection, and excellent quality with plenty of space so it felt relaxed even with plenty of people. The staff were amazing - really friendly, attentive, and couldn't do enough for me - first class. The location - perfect - not too far from the city center, a 5 minute walk to the Messe - loved it

If I was to have any complaint, I would have liked a wardrobe or drawers in my room. Not really much of a complaint, just a preference.

Staff was friendly and helpful.very close to the ironman village.Very good breakfast .very clean .excellent location .overall great .I would stay there again anyday.

To go to my room on the 8th floor directly from the reception I had to take the lift to the 7th and walk up which is fine unless u have a lot of luggage like a big bike in which case u have to go via the 5th and long walks across corridors .the food in the lounge on 8th floor could have had a better choice maybe ? But that's ok
