Frühstück sehr gut, es war für jeden alles Wünschenswerte vorhanden. Am Regentag konnten wir uns kostenlos Schirme ausleihen. Außerdem konnte man Fahrräder ausleihen.

W-LAN war manchmal etwas langsam.

Unserem Wunsch, 2 Betten zu bekommen wurde entsprochen. Freundliches Personal, einfacher Online-Check-In. Sauberes Zimmer, ausreichende Größe für einen Städte Tripp. 15 Minuten zur Reeperbahn, 15 Minuten zum Rathaus zu Fuß. Ein Kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Safe waren vorhanden. Habe mich sehr über den Geburtstagsgruß gefreut.

Die Parkhausgebühren in Höhe von 33 Euro finde ich zu hoch. Ja, es gibt auch noch teurere, aber in ca. 600 Metern gibt es ein Parkhaus, das kostet nur die Hälfte. Für Hotelgäste könnten die Gebühren etwas niedriger sein.

Das Highlight meines Urlaubs war das wunderschöne Zimmer mit großer Fensterfront und einer grandiosen Aussicht! Das Hotel war gut ausgestattet, modern und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter durchweg ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und super lecker. Ich wäre am Liebsten noch etwas geblieben :)

Beim Frühstück war es recht voll und laut...aber es ist halt auch ein großes Hotel.
