A localização é excelente. Bom café da manhã.

O flat possui um cheiro de coisa velha. Na cozinha, não havia nenhum item essencial, como talher e prato. O dispenser com sabonete líquido não estava funcionando. Recomento um reparo na estrutura. O flat é amplo, mas está antiquado.
