We’ve stayed here before because of the excellent facilities, convenient location close to shops, and easy access to Hamilton Airport, and it continues to be a great place to stay.

We attempted to use the laundry facilities and were advised there would be a charge, which was completely understandable. However, after being given the key, we were unable to access the laundry room despite several attempts. Staff also tried to open the door but were unsuccessful. Aside from this inconvenience, it is a very good place to stay with great facilities and a convenient location.

Spacious room and large bathroom with spa, parking is easy

Door was very dodgy, even the cleaning lady struggled, handle didn’t work right and you had to slam it. Also the electricity went out when I was showering, someone tried to turn it back on like 20 times at the switch box until giving up. Staff would not give any refund as I didn’t call them, I figured they were the ones trying to fix it not a guest. My camera ran out of battery while sight seeing as I couldn’t charge it and I had to check out in darkness using my phone light.

Die Ferienwohnung war geräumig, die Betten bequem und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Auch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit war in der Nähe.

Für 4 Personen hat teilweise Ausstattung gefehlt (nur 3 Tassen...).

The bedroom had big webs halfway down walls, bathroom wasn't very clean,hand marks on back of doors,mold in grout in tiles,skirting edges hasn't been wiped for awhile and behind doors, behind toilet brush and was quite cold.
