It had all the things we needed for an overnight. We had an issue with our key card not working but someone was available to resolve that in a friendly and timely manner. (Glad it was daytime and office was staffed!)

Ulster Street is very busy so usual traffic noise for a main road. We know Ulster Street so we were aware this could be an issue - but price was right! It had a funny smell upon entry - combo of cleaning product and old building. It was a cleaning product odour but also it happened to be a sort of scent that I’m a little allergic to. Fortunately we didn’t go out in the evening at all because in the morning my keycard absolutely didn’t work and the office lady had to use her manual key as even her card didn’t work. That would have been horrible to discover returning to our room late at night after office was closed.
