The rooms in the Grittleton Lodge are luxurious and huge. The staff were amazing and helped me out immensely with bookings in a very busy period.

The smaller motel room needs some work.

"Dated and not well run"

The room was nice enough but dated and very basic

We had an significant police incident in the middle of the night involving 2 drug affected individuals in the next room who caused a major disturbance and were arrested and removed. Midnight calls and conversations with police do not make for a pleasant stay. The staff knew nothing about it the next morning, we were not offered anything other than an apology. On top of that, another guest came in while we were checking out and informed reception of children running up and down the halls and slamming doors.
