According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of BRL 100,00 + ISS per day applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per apartment. Please note, only small dogs and cats are allowed (considering a weight of up to 10 kg and/or a height of up to 16 in from paws to shoulders) from 4 (four) months of age.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
