Please note that the reception is closed between 12:00 and 15:00. If you plan to arrive after 19:00, please inform the rental property in advance. Their contact details will be included in your booking confirmation. Breakfast is charged at EUR 10 for adults and EUR 8 for children under 12. A security deposit of EUR 250 for a studio and EUR 450 for other flats is required on arrival. A pre-authorization will be made by credit card and closed 24 hours after your departure. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. The charges are as follows: Double bed linen 16€ Single bed linen 8€ Set of towels per person 4€. The cleaning must be done at the time of departure and if not, it will be charged 50€ for a studio; 75€ for a medium flat and 100€ for a large flat. As the property is located in a residential area, we ask you to avoid excessive noise. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform Residence Château des Magnans in advance of your expected arrival time. When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of 35 EUR per dog, per stay applies.
