NZLocation was great, big apartment, pools were great, staff sorted,out a,late checkout.
Room was,basic, considering the price, dated and obviously used just as a,rented apartment, could do with a detailed clean and appliances updated.

Shower taps may need a tighten as they leaked slightly even after turning off. Range hood in kitchen wasnt working.
AUWe booked 2 x 2 bedroom for 7 of us (family with adult kids and teens ) the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are great, with games room, pools and BBQ’s at several areas and easy access to the beautiful surf beach within minutes. Staff were very helpful. Wonderful stay for families and bigger groups.
The beds and bedding could be upgraded/ mattresses, although comfortable they’re old a bit springy. My 12 year old would love to have a basketball / tennis court. A mid week room service would be nice even for an extra cost as we stayed 8 days and had to clean ourselves. Extra towels / pool towels would be nice.
AUNZThe pool is awesome one heated one not. Bbq and chairs around the pool. Great staff.
The bed was hard took a while to get use to it. Some blankets were dirty on kids bed.
