La ubicación es excelente, hay muchas cosas de interés muy cerca del lugar; aunque no hice uso del restaurante el menú se miraba agradable y a un buen precio. TODO el personal es sumamente amable y claro con las indicaciones.

Esta vez no obtuve habitación con balcón, era un poco mas pequeña. La puerta del baño no cerraba con facilidad y el extractor de aire no funcionaba, la habitación tenia vista al restaurante y desde muy temprano se escucha el ruido común de este lugar

"You get what you pay for. Decent if you just need somewhere to crash for a day or two."

The room was a good size. I enjoyed the traditional decor, shampoo (no conditioner), watercooler in the hallwayn friendly staff and reasonably priced good quality on-site restaurant.

The bathroom had an odd smell. The toilet flush stopped working (although it was promptly fixed on request). There was no fridge in the room. The walls are paper thin, so you get the pleasure of hearing your neighbours clearly. Some of the TV channels were fuzzy.

"Good traditioanal hotel and good location at a reasonable price."

Restaurant in the hotel. Excellent bakery/cafe Esperanza right across street. Ten min. walk to main square. Many shops nearby. Clean room. Very traditional decor in hotel gives a true Mexican feel. Good front desk. About a 15 min. taxi ride to the main Puebla bus station (CAPU).

Lift (elevator) was broken and out of service for one day. Not much natural light in room.
