A localização e o quarto em si, exceto pelo fato (que considero grave e envolve questões de higiene inclusive) de que não há toalha de rosto.

A comida do bar é intragável… fui apresentada à pior polenta frita da minha vida! E há problemas sérios com o cartão-chave, seja para liberar o uso do elevador (funciona às vezes sim, às vezes não), seja para abrir o quarto. Eu só consegui entrar no quarto no check-in após a terceira tentativa e uma troca de quarto. Tive que gravar um vídeo, aliás, pra ser levada a sério. Obviamente, me irritei e, ao invés de trabalharem na causa da legítima irritação, ainda tive que suportar ouvir que eu estava “me exaltando” e que deveria manter a calma… deveria por que, cara pálida? Vocês é que devem trabalhar direito e entregar prontamente a hospedagem contratada e não invadir o espaço pessoal do hóspede criticando as reações legítimas que ele ou ela tenha. Desagradável.
