This is a basic clean older motel whose best feature is its location, walking distance to town. We were in Falmouth for my wife to run the Cape Cod half-marathon and we could walk to the start/finish area and leave the car at the motel.

"Good for a clean and comfortable short stay on the Cape."

It was clean and seemed like it had been recently renovated. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of room to unpack and hang clothing items.

The screen door has some holes so I was a bit wary of mosquitos coming through. Price was better than some places but still a bit steep for a motel.

"Comfortable and cozy"

The location was perfect. Only 5 minutes in either direction (two ferries) to park and take a bus to Martha vineyard. The rooms were nicely furnished. Loved the colors. Close to lots of things eat and groceries. Nice for a Solo stay too.

There was a refrigerator but no microwave to warm up food and no one at front desk to use the one in the facility.
