Didn't know about breakfast convince awesome

The manager was very friendly. We had a little issue with the shower reported it to the manager and he was there within 5-7 minutes and repaired the issue! The rooms were very clean. So convenient to downtown.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The location.

Roaches. Let's start with that. There was a roach in our room the morning of our last day. We immediately told the owner/manager of the facility and he immediately said that he’s never seen roaches and tried to downplay the situation. He then came into our room to see the roach at which point it had escaped but luckily a friend snapped a picture of the bug before it scurried off. When we showed the owner the picture he acted surprised but was then very dismissive. We had to ask him to remove the bag where the roach was found. We had to take our luggage outside to the parking lot and shake out all of our belongings to ensure no other roaches had gotten in. At this time we noticed the owner had carelessly placed the bag right outside our hotel room. When we went to the check-in office to speak to him about our concerns over the roaches and his improper disposal of the bag, the man was no where to be found. It seemed that he ran away!! After checking out, a friend called the motel to speak to the owner about our poor stay and his disregard of our concerns. In response to this, the owner hurled profanities at her. He was incredibly verbally abusive and displayed poor management and people skills. I can’t scream enough to others to stay FAR away from this motel and its owner.

Location

Mouse droppings behind chest. Not very flexible on check out time. We asked to delay by one hour and the gentleman behind the desk refused

The building is 1950s but the owner redid all of the inside rooms, they are spacious, bright white, clean, great lighting, individual AC units so you can control, small frig which fit lot of water bottles and the office has an ice machine. We were very pleased with the quality and would highly recommend for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and its close to the harbor area and downtown Falmouth.

The towels were just ok but the pool did have pool towels available. Bring your own hairdryer.
