Holiday Motel

For the coast and location it was just what I was looking for.

Excellent choice!

My son and I traveled to Bend for a concert. We needed a place that was close to the venue that wouldn't cost a fortune. This place was close enough to walk, the room was WAY bigger than we expected. Everything was clean and Joe, the guy that checked us in and out was incredibly friendly and even asked how the concert was when we checked out. If we need to return to Bend we will absolutely stay here again!

I had a memorable stay . My Best friend and i had a great time . We got really close and just made lots of fun . We walked to Don Gambinos and had some Great Authentic Mexican food . Its an unforgettable time and worth every penny . I would say it was the best time I have ever had .

The rooms were quite dirty, and there was no hot water. When I approached the front desk to request a receipt I needed, the lady there became extremely upset. She insisted that I should have already received one since her husband always distributed receipts. I tried to explain that I either didn't receive it or might have misplaced it, but instead of addressing my concern, she started yelling at me, accusing me of calling her husband a liar. This was bewildering, as I was simply asking for a copy of the receipt. As the situation escalated, she continued to shout at me and demanded my receipt. Eventually, she wrote one out, still screaming at me as I left. This was hands down one of the most unprofessional experiences I've encountered. I paid $186 for an outdated room with no hot water, and to be treated that way was completely unacceptable.

Super clean room and very nice staff

We appreciated the simplicity of the Motel. With that being said, you do hear everything: conversations in the next room, when the next room flushes the toilet, or when a vehicle arrives or starts up to leave. We utilized Lyft for access to the other districts: old bend, or old mill. Fine place for an overnight stay.

This is a budget motel so expectations should be reasonable but we found the experience to be overall pretty unsatisfactory. Bedspreads and pillow cases that never get washed are not what you want to have on your bed and the WiFi coverage and service was maddening. Sometimes connected, most times did not.

Nice people! It's your basic motor inn package, clean, comfy bed, good quality towels, decent cable TV, air unit in window can freeze you. Old school and homey, and a bargain value, even in July with summer vacationers everywhere in Bend.

Way overpriced, very loud cooling system that didn’t cool the bedroom. Bathroom really needs updating. Nowhere to set things a d only one towel bar.
