Dreamcatcher Inn of Sedona

Good location.

The bedding didn't seem sized appropriately and the sheet came off, they also were poor quality sheets. I wish hotels would provide enough coffee for the stay especially when they don't offer daily room service. The room could use some room darkening curtains. The sun came up at 5:30 am and shone right through the curtains brightening the whole room. The washer was broken so we had to go to the Laundromat to do laundry.

The location was excellent and really, because Sedona is do expensive, its a good deal. The bathroom was spotless.

We had really needed a 2 bed room but we didn't get it even though we asked months ahead of time. That was a huge minus for us. The mattress was also lumpy and lower on one side. Anyway, my husband ended up getting an additional room. I would probably not stay there again because they can't guarantee the room we want. The person at the front desk was nice enough but seemed absolutely unable/ unwilling to move anything around for us.

The parking lot was pretty tight

This is a basic motel, nothing is wrong with it, they keep it clean and everything works, good location. It does cost more than you would expect for a motel, but this is Sedona in season, so the market works it out. Overall a good place to rest after all those hikes.

Between the motel (and perhaps Booking) - there is an odd system keeping and canceling reservations. If you do not come on your first day by around 7am they would cancel the entire (in my case 3-day) reservation. Or, your first day is canceled and your check-in is still at 4pm on your second day, even though it was already paid for 3 days. At least this is what I understood on the phone, talking to their customer service. This forced us to drive from Phoenix to Sedona around 2-4am after our flight was delayed by 8 hours. Not a usual situation, of course.

Was clean, modern and very nice. Poolmand hot tub was a bonus

Nothing

The hotel is conveniently located on the way to Phoenix. It is a very basic place, but the room was spacious and equipped with a fridge and a heater.

There was also a coffee machine in the room, but unfortunately not enough coffee capsules were provided — only one decaf and one regular. We could not find any staff member to ask for a few more regular capsules.
