Didn’t read the notes I left with booking. Com saying I have a handicap and don’t do well with stairs. The guy said for the type of room I paid for on booking . Com he couldn’t accommodate me. And he HAD to put me in an upstairs room.

I didn’t like first room assigned had someone In there already . I didn’t like how my second room was dirty . I didn’t like that my third room was assigned at another hotel . It was an absolute mess .
