The bed and the pillows were wonderful

The air conditioning was not functioning properly. It was very hot, and we were outside for 2.5 hours. When we returned, the AC still wasn't cooling well. Additionally, neither of the two TVs could connect to the Internet, and we couldn’t access digital TV.

Everything was great. Stay here often.

Location, onsite parking, decor and facilities were all terrific.

Property management customer service was a mixed bag of poor, then excellent. An abruptly delivered, late evening phone call a day after booking demanding a safety deposit. Dishwasher was dirty.

Neat and tidy, close to Newcastle.

Very hot in the bedroom, too stuffy to sleep, couldn’t open the window. Air con was good for lounge and kitchen but it doesn’t reach the bedroom. Bathroom window doesn’t have fly screen so I had to decide to have fresh air and bugs or no air. Put a ceiling fan in and it would be a comfy sleep.

Nothing. Paid the money and got told to stay somewhere else

the location was brilliant for our stay. in handy location to the foreshore within walking distance. Also had a great find with dinner at The Thai Sticky rice Restaurant in Warwick only 5 min walk

I am glad I didnt have a bigger car as it would not have fit in the garage. Also the fly bugs that flew into the bathroom overnight wasnt pleasant. It would have been nice to have a couple of chairs on the balcony
