Hotel Sevilla Usulutan

Didn’t like that there was no parking.

This property need more maintenance all around the building it’s was a bad smell in the room that they put me in need more attention on that. Not recommended

This hotel is one of the best in the area. The friendly staff of front desk, restaurant, and pool to clean and comfortable beds and room. Many hotels from Central America should learn from the quality and excellent service of the Hotel Sevilla of Usulutan. The piscina ... super great! Congratulations to the staff of this hotel. Our bathroom was very nice and modern. Hallway was smelly as well as bedroom. Carpet looked dirty. Check in was a hassle because hotel reception didn’t have my confirmation expedia. He had to call someone to get it and made us wait about 15 min. Minor inconvenience. Staff was great.

Breakfast

The front desk staff was amazing! The breakfast was delicious! I wish that our room had a refrigerator, I didn’t know it was something to request. Only missed having coffee in the room. But the coffee at breakfast was delicious.

I was charge $90 dollars for the first day because I didn't have my reservation. I tried to do my reservation but there system was down that I had to go to the hotel personally. I didn't get my discount of expidia. Because of there charge I tried to make my reservation again online I was able to do it but the person that help me in the front desk bad customer services. I got my room with my kids. The worst thing that happened the next day I started scratching my arm then my leg we were getting bites I dont know of what but they are red and etching. I reported it and I got another room but for them was normal they never appoch me to ask is me and my kids were ok .Then my kids started to have the red and etching red spots. We left the hotel today 6/16/24 . They didn't not have any courtesy to ask about the situation if we were ok or if we needed anything.
