Food is not good at all especially breaksfast: variety...

Appalling. No butter. only Vache qui rit cheese. Occasionally fruits. Stale bread on one day

Poor breakfast. Same buffet for dinner and lunch. Had to chase staff for towels in room. Poor airconditioning and wifi

Nothing. This hotel is awful and is not properly maintained

The location is ok- but no more than ok. close to the center of town but far from the nicer parts of town. Main pluses are the beautiful expansive and well kept gardens , and the private beach which is close and has nice clean deep warm waters. The room was decent sized, and some of the meals at the dining room were excellent (not all of them though).

Standardization is very low- some meals were very good, some were not, even though the dishes ordered were the same. Some reception staff were friendly efficient and helpful and some were not (and they change often). The room was cleaned often and the sheets changed, but some of them had mold stains on them. Fitness room looked ok from the outside but some of the exercise machines were not anchored properly , or functioned only partially and were not fixed. The towel holder in my room and the hairdryer holder were hanging out of the wall on one (or less) screws and stayed that way. Hot water was plentiful but cold was just a dribble, and i could go on and on- etc etc etc

The WiFi was very spotty, the tiles around the pool were in rough shape, unstable in some areas. We had to change rooms because the AC in the first room was not getting cool enough. Getting out of the tub is dangerous, requires one to be very careful because the tub is slippery and the floor is lower than the tub floor… the towel rack saved my wife and I.

Wonderful and accommodating staff. Great breakfast. Tropical gardens surrounding the hotel. Indian Ocean views.

The swimming pool is not filtered ( at least, that's what I think) with murky water and oily film floating on the surface. The furniture is old and stained. Walls are stained and peeling from water damage. In general, the hotel started showing its age and would benefit from new paint and some patching.

Very good staff, amazing view and the location is very close to the airport.
