"Pleasant Setting but lack of staff presence & facilities meant a motel rather than Hotel experience"

The staff were helpful and supportive. the setting is a very pleasant green space adjacent to a Golf Course.

There were no reception staff to greet just a key pick up box and I had to call an emergency Tel. No to find out where I was actually staying. i was in the new Golf Lodge Annex that was not evident from the booking or correspondence with the Hotel . While the Annex was relatively modern and spacious I had expected to stay in the Schloss / main house so that was a disappointment.

"Superb"

Shower, beds and location

Lights keep on turning off and on, wifi sparatic, room wasn't serviced even after it was promised
