Excelente ubicación y excelente instalaciones.

Lamentablemente el hotel está en franco deterioro con los servicios en especial el desayuno, terrible, muy pocas opciones y limitado, es decir si no llegabas temprano te quedabas sin comer prácticamente. Las amenidades de baño y toallas en mal estado. El trato del personal excelente, es lo más rescatable del hotel a excepción de la gerente que giró órdenes que nos afectaron directamente ocasionándonos una gran molestia y por ninguna razón se apersonó a tratar de brindarnos solución a la situación, totalmente una persona con un trato desagradable para los clientes. No volveremos a ir después de 4 años recibiendo el año en el hotel en familia.
