The Location and the view.

Room was dirty, paint is chipping, could use a fleshing up, clogged drains, sticky floors, leaky faucets, horrible pots and pans, air conditioning filters smelled of mold, windows dirty, broken door that would not open or close properly, pool closed second half of our stay, restaurant closed entire time without courtesy notice, tv in main area volume didn’t work. maintenance came to fix, he reset it , we told them still not working , it was never replaced. Tv in the bedroom didn’t work at all the entire stay. When we left and tried to get back in no security guard in the shack or he was a sleeping, had to make telephone calls repeatedly to get in almost daily. Been going there 20 years and this year was very disappointing. We expressed our disappointment with management and received an automated Ai reply only. Made the reservation three months in advance and wasn’t told until we arrived the restaurant had been closed for who knows how long. We received 24 hour notice that the pool would be closed for the remainder of the stay, no apology , no offer of anything. Paid almost $400 a night for the cottage and we were there for two weeks and again we are loyal returning customers every year. We will be trying another location next vacation.

Les lits sont confortables, le mobilhome est agréable. La piscine est très bien. Les couchers de soleils sont incroyables.

Dommage de ne mettre que deux chaises pour un logement pour quatre personnes. Le sol du mobilhome n’était vraiment pas très propre

Very clean and comfortable cabin.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Der Bungalow war sehr sauber, aber eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die gesamte Anlage und der Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, zum Wohlfühlen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Die Lage ist großartig für Ausflüge, da man ca. in der Mitte der Keys ist und es in keine Richtung zu weit ist. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine waren vorhanden, aber keine Tasse, Teller oder Besteck. Es gibt auch keine Küchenzeile, in der man etwas spülen oder schneiden könnte, keinen Stuhl, auf den man sich setzen kann. Wir konnten nur bereits geschnittene Früchte oder fertige Sandwiches kaufen, das war sehr unpraktisch. Zum Essen saßen wir auf der Bettkante. Auch ein Mikrowellengericht war nicht möglich, da es ja kein Besteck gab. Das ist aber der einzige Mangel.

Posizionata benissimo a due passi dal mare. La struttura è ampia, con piscina e accesso alla spiaggia attrezzata. Ci sono giostre per i bimbi e una bella area vicino al porticciolo con sdraio e amache. C’è anche una postazione per pulire il proprio pescato se si vuole.

Manca un tavolino da poter usare per consumare i pasti in camera e un po’ di spazio armadio in più visto che il nostro aveva al suo interno il frigo e l’asse da stiro Il bar e il ristorante sono in ristrutturazione quindi la struttura è chiusa, cosa che costringe a uscire (obbligatoriamente in auto) per trovare qualcosa da mangiare

The room is large, big refrigerator, clean room, clean restroom / bathroom, comfy beds, coffee machine, perfect porch and chairs to relax, great facilities and pool, very quiet environment, great reptiles too (not everywhere 😂) 🤩 (We visited here with car and used the rooms of the facility, we did not use RV) They communicate via SMS and provide lightning-speed responses which I found very useful. We liked the place very much, highly recommended.

No wireless internet. The restaurant was not operating (closed for some reason) Not many shopping centers or just shops around but it's OK, I'm just saying, these should not concern you, the facility is amazing, please visit this place especially if you're a RV person.
