The hotel looks nice visually, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. From the moment we entered, there was a strong smell of burning smoke coming from the chimney. It seemed that the ventilation or draft was not working properly, which made the common areas uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. It was very cold, especially at night. We asked several times for the heating not to be turned down, but we were told that the hotel controls the heating centrally. As a result, the radiators and the floor heating were ice cold, and we spent the nights freezing. We also tried the hotel restaurant, but the food did not meet our expectations and we did not manage to enjoy a good meal there. Additionally, the water in the pool was cold, which made it uncomfortable to use and especially unsuitable for relaxation. Overall, despite the nice appearance, the comfort and quality were lacking. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfect for a functional, relatively simple accommodation for 4 days of skiing. It has excellent access to the slopes and is within close proximity to the town of Les Menuires (5-10 min walk). Some reviews speak of poor experiences with staff, however we found the opposite to be true. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable - Emilie at reception was exceptional!

The room was a little cold at times (likely due to -12 temps outside) and the decor throughout the property is functional rather than especially luxurious.

Très bien placé, départ ski au pieds. Le service du Restaurant L'Atelier est parfois "brouillon" mais la qualité des plats est très bonne.

Access to ski área, discount on equipment hire, free parking.

Staff on reception seemed very amateur, likewise bar. Perhaps new to the job.
