I love Latimer House and have stayed several times over the years. We have never been disappointed.

Spotlessly clean, we can’t fault anything

Nothing to dislike

The property is well located, close to the town eateries & attractions Beatrix Potter exhibition. The key pad to enter the property & rooms was excellent, the property whilst on the road had onsite parking and was very quiet. The room & bed linen was clean as was the shower room. I would recommend Latimer House & would use again. Our room had an outside seating area with comfy chairs & which we used. The tea & coffee making facilities was also enjoyed.

We didn't have breakfast but not a problem lots of cafes to eat close by. Lovely and clean and everything you needed.

Nothing to say really as everything was perfect although a couple of chairs would have been good in the room. We were in room 6 apart from that everything was good.

Excellent communication with Thomas and lovely accommodation in a prime location for shops, cafes, restaurants etc.The room was outstanding, great large shower, lovely view of garden, very comfortable bed and seating area. Everything was spot on and better than described as on their site. Great location for bus stops on your doorstep, and for us a bonus. We will definitely return very soon, we've stayed in Bowness in Windermere lots of times and this is the best one yet.

We found that there was not one thing we could find fault with.

The location is excellent. The lake, shops, pubs and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the fridge was a bonus

The shower was weak and we found it strange we didn't meet any staff at check in as it was all done by remote access code
