I asked for a handicap accessible room and the one they offered was perfectly located near an exterior door. However the it had a tub rather than accessible shower and the shower faucet was broke ( once turned on it never fully turned off.)

The room had bedbugs. If not for the bugs, the bathroom issues wouldn't have mattered. But bugs??? That can easily infest our own homes? What should have been a place to rest ended up costing us many times the effort to avoid bringing the bugs home.

I liked that the property was close to the interstate. The bed was comfortable

Lots of things were broken…door handles, light fixtures, and outlets hanging off the wall. The blanket also had what I hope was chocolate on it. When I asked for a new blanket, the staff was very rude and acted as if I was bothering her. You can hear everything in the hallways from inside your room. Lots of cussing and yelling which wasn’t ideal for my 4 year old being around. When coming back from dinner two employees were at the front desk talking about another employee. And when I say talking, I mean gossiping. Not very professional at all. I tried to give my son a bath but the water smelled like chemicals. It was the smell like when you walk into a hair salon and someone is getting a perm. It smelled awful every time we turned on the water. There were no screens on the windows. We were on the 3rd floor and the windows opened but there were no screens to make it so that bugs wouldn’t come inside. The laundry facilities were literally one washer and one dryer next to the elevator and snack machine. The snack and drink machines were barely stocked. It would also be more convenient if the machines took cards instead of just cash.

The staff was very responsive, I didn't have my bedside lamps plugged in but when I asked the desk to look into it, they immediately offered to look into it. When I returned it was fixed. Location is very convenient.

Some minor issues, cracked mirror in bathroom, undergoing construction. It is located close to the interstate so if you are a light sleeper, the noise from tractor trailers may bother you. Nothing that ear plugs wouldn't solve. The location is good

They were in the process of renovating, so there was noise pretty early in the morning and the rooms had some holes and some things didn’t work.
