"Harrisburg Blues Crew"

Staff checking in was very friendly and even accommodated us when we asked to check in early. The lobby, halls and room was very clean. It was conveniently near restaurants, fuel stations easy on/off the highway. Would stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

"Okay but bring extra towels and pillows and you will not sleep!"

room was clean, floor was clean, food options near by. Gentleman at check in during the day was very friendly and accommodated our early check in.

pool closed, gym closed. We had booked the room with 4 adults and were given 2 towels to shower with. When I asked for more towels at the desk in the evening, the woman was rude, actually rolled her eyes at me. The beds only had 2 small pillows and they were flat and the beds themselves were insanely uncomfortable. The walls and ceilings are so thin we never slept. The doors are heavy and swing closed and you will hear each and every single door close. we were 2nd floor and every single foot step above was heard all hours of the night. I've never actually experience this level of noise in a hotel before.

Clean and comfortable

1st floor room with no curtains other than the black out shade, i couldnt open it or everyone in the parking lot would see us. Housekeeping telling me I needed to leave at 9am or pay for another day when checkout is at 11am

It was a nice and comfortable place

The person that checked me in was not going to let me check in because I was a local. I explained I am here for a 20 year Anniversary get away. I have kids at home and just want one night of peace with my husband. He told me I was a local so he doesn't rent to locals. After a while he said okay just this one time.

Convenience

We stayed here last year on 2nd floor, this years' stay was on the 1st floor. Big difference, the 1st floor felt like the ghetto. Doors propped open, ppl using side entrance, seemed like a permanent residency and dirtier than the 2nd floor last year
