Great service.

The staff were friendly and there was an overall friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast, loved the waffles. It was clean and it's wonderful to have a full size fridge and kitchen sink.

Their brand of "queen" beds are really like fulls and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The pull out couch is only separated from the main bed by a curtain, not in a separate living space like in some hotel suites.

At the time of checkout I was called to the front desk about payment when I had already paid with booking. She tried to make me pay twice. I stood in the lobby embarrassed for over 30 mins while she was saying I owed a balance. She called her help desk so that they can resolve the issue. I didn't owe a thing. But the embarrassment as if I didn't pay or refused to pay upon checkOUT. Check in was no problem

Everything! It was very clean. The staff members were so accommodating. Breakfast 🥞 was delightful.

Location

The room was dirty. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and the shower head. The bed sheets and pillows were dirty.

There are a lot of great features at this hotel including: 1. Great price 2. Central location for my needs 3. Though I didn’t get to use it, the gym is AWESOME! If one expects to have time to use it, the gym itself can be a reason to stay here. 4. Keyless room access via app 5. Complimentary water 6. Full size refrigerator I would have loved additional pastry options on the complimentary breakfast, but honestly there were enough options to get you going quickly in the morning. The front desk receptionists were always friendly and I had no problems obtaining extra bath towels. It was an overall good stay. I would stay here again and recommend to others.
