Birchwood Hotel

Nice quiet hotel great value would highly recommend

Quaint little hotel, with a bit of a guest house feel that suited our needs perfectly. Made to feel welcome by the owner, was a short walk to the centre of Pitlochry. Room was basic but comfy and clean with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very good with a good range of choice.

Although the single room is very small, there is everything needed. Owners and staff work hard to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay. The food served is very very good. There is a large and very pleasant lounge to relax in. WiFi throughout the hotel.

Val and John at Birchwood Hotel are very welcoming hosts. As a lone traveller, on this occasion, I chose to book this hotel as it had a small number of single rooms. My room though small had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. It was an easy short walk into Pitlochry. The residents lounge was a great place for a late night drink and chat with fellow travellers and breakfast was excellent. I would certainly go back.

Great place to stay. Nice owners who are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Very helpful. Clean room and excellent breakfast. Walking distance to main street for restaurants and shops.We're going back as soon as possible.
