We had a sea-view room, andwere able to to sleep with the sound of the surf each evening. The room was very comfortable, and the shower had a door which was very nice and a first on this trip! Breakfast is on the rooftop dining area, a self-serve buffet so you can get as much of a full Turkish breakfast as you want. Get the freshly made menemen from the omelet station, not the stuff off of the steam table. Finding an English-speaking associate is not easy, but there is usually someone at the front desk and a manager at the restaurant who can help. Only knock on the place is that they were full and we didn't get the king bed we had reserved. Will be glad to stay here when we return.

The food is amazing, and the room service too! The view is delightful, directed to the sea and the town. The workers here are very kind, especially a room service lady that we met, Fatma Yıldıf , who did our room perfect. Fantastic hotel, I loved it here, surely I recommend it.

When you book a 5-star hotel for 4 people and pay the full amount, you expect the room to be ready at 2 o'clock, but when you arrive at 7 o'clock in the evening, the receptionist tells you: we will coordinate to bring two extra beds to your room. (We had a family room reservation) until 10 o'clock at night it was still not completed (remember, it is a 5-star hotel)

The hotel has no idea what is concierge! Just be clever and don’t even come to here for a room, if location is fancy for you take a taxi, this is he worst five star hotel I’ve ever stayed! It’s like a “we don’t give a f.ck to your experience” hotel, for them you are here because you must and they know it very well

This hotel has poor service. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned despite the early warning and the repeated cleaning.

Cleaners were horrible - operationally and functionally One day I had to ask them to clean my room 4 times - first time was at 11am and got my room cleaned only at 5pm after the escalation to reception team Quality of cleaning was also very poor - I had baklava crumbs in the carpet for 3 days untouched - every time she just put an armchair above it so it would not be visible

Deniz manzaralı oda insanı başka bir dünyaya götürüyor. Çiftler için veya tek başına güzel bir kafa dinleme noktası olmuş. Tatil rotamız boyunca memnun kaldığımız bir 5 yıldızlı otel oldu. Çalışanlar jest-pare yaklaşımlarıyla fark yarattı.
