After some issues with rooms upon check in, the matter was finally resolved but did involve moving to different rooms than booked. Also a note for guests the kitchens in the suites are not equipped with any cookware, dishes or utensils despite having a hob and dishwasher which we found to be bizarre. On a positive note the rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and the restaurant caters for a range of dietary requirements.

We loved the magnificent view. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprice that made our stay even better. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind, the breakfast at the roof terrace was excellent.

Çok seyahat eden biri olmama rağmen, DEDEMAN otellerinde çok fazla konaklamadım. Fakat, bu son konaklamam fikrimi değiştirmeme sebep oldu. Özellikle resepsiyon görevlisi Sayın Sibel hanımın profesyonel ve samimi davranışı olumlu yönde fikir değiştirmemin sebebidir.

No crockery or spoon or milk for tea and coffee not a biggie for most😉

Konumu ve manzarası harika idi. AVM ye direk bağlantısı olması da çok pratik. Sauna imkanı mevcut. Birçok başka otelde spa bölümü var ama çalıştırmıyorlar.
