Very lovely staff, great breakfast, good vibes about the place with fireplaces etc.

Just quite pricey for what you get.

It was a lovely comfortable stay the rooms and atmosphere were lovely. The best bit for me was the breakfast -delicious and the lady running breakfast was a fantastic host. The whole experience was exactly what you are looking for when you book a night in the Cotswolds. Would definitely stay again.

Not a major issue but we returned at 10.30 and fancied a night cap but the bar was closing.

The only downside is barking dogs early hours, not sure if it was neighbours dogs barking, or dogs from surrounding farms

Great breakfast

All of the staff were absolutely delightful, attentive, friendly, genuine and professional.

The plug didn't work in the bathroom sink, but it didn't have a negative impact on our stay. I knew what to expect when booking as the website it a true reflection of the property and it's offerings, but I feel that the room rate was a little expensive.

Nice big bedroom and bathroom. The food was very good

The landing outside our bedroom door was used to store chairs - stacked - from the dining room. The linen was piled up on the floor outside our room door - see photo - and we needed to walk around it to get in and out of the room. The garbage was stacked outside the front door - see photo - when there is a huge carpark where it could have been stored. When we left the owner did not even look up to say goodbye and/or ask how our stay had been.
