Very quiet location, lovely breakfast, plenty of places to eat a short drive away

We both enjoy our stay.

Beautifully set with lovely views . An excellent, generous breakfast. Very comfortable room with access to fresh air and a good selection of holiday reading. I regret that I was only able to stay for one night.

Very nice only stayed 1 night but it was a very nice night would recommend to anyone who enjoys quality

Our whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Our welcome was warm, our room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious and we were sad to leave. But we are looking to return later in the year.

Cannot fault our stay at all, everything was perfect. Will definitely return.

We had a 4 day stay and really enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was first class and set us up for the day. The location was nice and peaceful and the room was spacious and comfy. The hosts were a lovely couple.

The farmhouse is beautifully maintained and sits in a stunning rural location. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating and my room was both spotless and huge. Breakfast was lovely too, in the formal dining room. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are exploring the Cheviots and beyond.

This Victorian property is in a quiet location and is faultless as a B&B - our room was spacious,decorated and furnished in the style of the period except for the beds which were most comfortable. A good shower in an en-suite room, and a lovely breakfast which would satisfy all tastes. The dining room itself was beautifully furnished, and even if you looked for faults, you would be disappointed as there simply aren't any. We would love to return and congratulate the owners for all their efforts
