Location was second to none… in the heart of the city

Great location. A quirky place with friendly staff. I'd stay again.

Very close to Ely town centre and cathedral. Old inn with an unusual layout and mind your head a several low beams.

Right by a traffic light crossing, so you need to sleep with the window shut. Only one pillow each and water only luke warm. Would have liked a later than 10 am checkout.

Location handy.

Room not cleaned nor bathroom. One small cup provided. Nowhere to put wet towel. No light on tricky staircase. Bathroom with no plug at sink. One small pillow. Broken chair. Television didn't work.

Centre of town, very handy for shops. All facilities in room. Lots of space. We were in the middle of a heatwave and there was an excellent fan in the room which kept us cool at night. Had a lovely time, many thanks, see you next year.

House has interesting features, stairs not too steep, but front door and the room door were heavy.

The bed was quite comfortable but with only 1 pillow.

Hadn't realised that the bathroom was shared, but was c;lean enough There was no toilet roll on Saturday evening OR Sunday morning which wasn't good The towel was very rough and the television was dreadful. There wasn't a clear signal on any of the channels
