The very first incident where we arrived early and due to rain we couldn’t go anywhere else and the owner let us check in earlier thats a lovely gesture of the host thank youuuu looking forward to visit again

The host Robert is very friendly and helpful. He gave us advice on where to go hiking in the lake district. The hotel room is spotless and cleaned everyday.

"Great Long Weekend in Windermere."

Very enjoyable stay at Ellerbrook House, the property is well located on a quiet road with free on street parking, a few minutes walk into the centre of Windermere. Ensuite room was very clean & tidy and well appointed with coffee/ tea replenished daily. Very good breakfast options from a full English to rolls, cereals, roasts and preserves to set you up for the day. Rob and Becky were great hosts and knowledgeable about the area from trails for walks to bars and restaurants for later. Would definitely stay at Ellerbrook House again if in the area.
