que puedas ir con niños y el staff sea tan agradable y atento. Que tengan por ejemplo una hora para que puedas ir con ellos al SPA es fantástico. En la mayoría de hoteles de este tipo, no se permite la entrada de niños

"Exceptional!"

Our stay at Hotel Peralada was exceptional. The wine spa is beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing, a must-try. The pool and surrounding grounds are immaculate, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The golf range and gym are top-notch amenities that added a lot to the experience. A special mention to the bellhop, Sawan (spelling?), who was helpful and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast is an additional cost but well worth it: fresh, high-quality selections in a lovely setting. The nearby town, castle, and winery are all well worth a visit and give the area a unique charm.

The only letdown was the maître d’ at both L’Olivera and the 19th, who came off as curt and impersonal, a contrast to the otherwise outstanding hospitality.

"Buen hotel y excelente trato, pero experiencia gastronómica mejorable"

El trato del personal fue excelente, muy atentos y amables en todo momento. El desayuno también fue muy bueno, variado y de calidad, lo que hizo que la experiencia por la mañana fuera muy agradable.

Teníamos una reserva a las 21:45 en el restaurante L’Olivera y llegamos a las 21:55 porque se nos hizo un poco tarde. Al llegar, nos informaron de que la cocina cerraba a las 22:00 y que ya no nos podían ofrecer la carta habitual ni el menú degustación, solo una carta reducida. Íbamos con la idea de pasar una velada romántica disfrutando de un buen menú degustación acompañado de buenos vinos, y finalmente tuvimos que irnos a otro restaurante, lo cual fue una decepción teniendo en cuenta que teníamos reserva.

La qualité de services, la gentillesse du personnel avec une mention toute particulière pour l'équipe de restauration, les petits déjeuners extraordinaires les soins proposés au spa Le pro du golf Paul Brown qui nous a plus fait progresser que de nombreux stages...
