I really liked everything—it truly felt like coming home. The staff’s service was warm and welcoming, and the food was excellent. Dinner is highly recommended, and I think we’ll definitely go back again.

I loved how beautiful it was. Elegant and rustic at the same time. All the staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Golf was nice. Spa was nice. The outdoor room gorgeous. The view amazing. Room facilities very good.

Possibly needs a little upgrade in the bathrooms because showers are not consistent temperature. Minor inconveniences

Since this was a business trip, I repeatedly requested the invoice corresponding to the charge made on the company credit card, but my request was never fulfilled. I asked for it before my arrival, at the time of payment, then again on the day of check-in, once more on the day of check-out, and later by email and through several phone calls after my departure, but my request has never been properly handled. The receptionist with whom I spoke both during my stay and afterwards by email and phone never tried to understand which invoice needed to be issued in order to match my company payment. On the contrary, during our last phone call she was very rude. To this day, they no longer reply to my emails. A terrible service, especially considering the price of the property. Not even up to the standards of a one-star hotel.

It was extremely relaxing and the staff were very nice

A hotel that is worthy of its 5* status. The lobby, where we were met with Cava or iced water served by a waiter, to the reception staff who arranged for our bags to be taken to our room and organised our evening meal requirements. The room was large and we were delighted with our robe and slippers along with many complimentary refreshment aids of spa quality and our complimentary boxed cookies and a fully stocked mini bar The bathroom was modern, large and of top quality. The breakfast was of a great variety including hotel made kombucha, kefir, cava salmon and other super healthy options. We asked for porridge and this was made in the kitchen from scratch. I did not use the spa or swimming pool
