Das Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allem die Frühstücksköche und Fabrizio an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und es gab eine Heizung im Zimmer was in der Preiskategorie sehr selten in Cusco ist. Preis - Leistung ist top und es schadet nicht, wenn man paar Schritte zu Fuß in die Stadt geht. Wir waren insgesamt aufgrund diverser Touren drei Mal dort und haben uns vor allem wegen der Gastfreundlichkeit von Fabrizio sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir durften auch unser Gepäck problemlos zwischenlagern.

Fabrizio war einfach super freundlich. Er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war immer sehr hilfsbereit.

I had an excellent stay at Golden Inca Hotel. I spent three weeks in Cusco, using the hotel as my base for several tours and trekking adventures. It was the perfect place to return to after long days exploring the region. The rooms were always spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a generous open buffet offering a great variety of fresh food every morning. I also really appreciated the luggage storage service, which made organizing my trips much easier. The biggest highlight, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Richard and Fabrizio were exceptional throughout my entire stay. They were always friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whether I needed advice, travel tips, or assistance with anything else, they were always there with a smile. Their kindness and dedication made me feel at home from the very first day. After staying in Cusco for three weeks, I can confidently say that choosing Golden Inca Hotel was one of the best decisions of my trip. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding service. A big thank you to Richard, Fabrizio, and the entire team—I would happily stay here again!

Los dormitorios ubicados en el sótano creaban inseguridad durante la estadía, no fui orientada en caso de una emergencia de incendio o sismo. No había una salida de emergencia creando un ambiente de inseguridad y poco o nada de descanso . Gracias a Dios que solo fueron pocos dias...

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Golden Inca. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options served as an open buffet, making it easy to find something for every taste. I also appreciated the luggage storage service, which was very convenient before check-in and after check-out. Overall, the hotel offers excellent service, clean accommodations, and a great breakfast. I would definitely recommend Hotel Golden Inca to anyone visiting Cusco and would gladly stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
