Hotel muy justo para 4 estrellas, el servicio de limpieza era entre mediodia y primera hora de la tarde lo cual no te permitia descansar despues de comer.

Petit déjeuner bien. Variée choix de viennoiseries. Café jus de fruits.

Bouilloire qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre ,baignoire manque de douches pourtant demandé a la réservation. A 83 ans difficile d enjamber la baignoire.

"Mal por el personal de recepción, no regresaría"

Ubicación excelente, habitaciones limpias. Desayuno bueno.

El personal de recepción ha sido de lo peor, malos modos, me han hecho sentir muy mal y me han hablado con soberbia innecesariamente, en especial Carlos el encargado. No han cumplido con la petición de camas ni con el horario de check in. Si en lugar de malos tratos hubiera recibido una disculpa no me hubiera sentido tan mal ni hubiera puesto pegas. La piscina estaba limpia, solo mencionar que le da la sombra desde las 5 de la tarde en adelante. La comida con poca variedad y contaminación cruzada a la vista, el empleado usaba la, misma pinza para pollo plancha y para sepia con ajo y perejil por ejemplo, el pollo plancha tenía ajo en consecuencia. Pocos postres, poca variedad de quesos y embutidos etc.
