The Dunes Rehoboth Beach

Really convenient location for beach and coastal Highway. There is a lot of traffic in general, so that was helpful. Staff was kind and helpful, pretty chill overall. Not the cleanest space, but could definitely be worse. I would definitely bring my own disposable bedding/ sheets in the future. Overall it was a decent stay reflective of the price

For the price and location not bad at all. Dog friendly was key.

Decent little motel. Nothing fancy. Plenty of parking. Easy check in/out. Not somewhere i would stay for more than a night or two, but if your just looking for a decent place to sleep over night, it’s perfect.

Room was clean and serviced each day. It served its purpose (a place to crash) and priced right. Location was good if you have a vehicle. Easy to get to Rehoboth or Dewey Beaches.

My wife and i love staying here because they allow dogs and our dog goes everywhere with us. It's also perfectly located between Rehoboth and Dewey/Delaware Seashore State Park. You can easily ride your bike into Rehoboth for dinner. The only thing that was negative about our stay this time is that the bathroom smelled mildew-y and you could see that the shower curtain liner was orange with mildew. Other than that, we always enjoy staying at The Dunes and will definitely stay again.

Wonderful little motel - friendly service, free snacks and treats in the office, fridge and microwave in the room, quiet, very clean, easy walk/drive to the beach. I’d definitely stay here again.

Although the building is clearly older the owners have taken great care in trying to give it an updated feel. I loved the pet friendliness they have which included treats in the office and a self use doggie wash!

Right off of Rt 1 and very convenient to Dewey, Rehoboth and Lewes. Very little traffic noise. Room was very clean, Staff were very courteous and helpful.
