Once again the Dunes does not disappoint! So convenient and close to the beach! Rooms are always clean and AC is ice cold! Regina is the best!

Staff was excellent, helpful and make you feel welcome. Room clean, comfortable. Nice store with deli in 5 min walk. Beach 10 min walk. Many dining options in a walking distance. Close to Rehoboth (5 min drive).

The “breakfast” was a fruit basket, granola bars and coffe in an office that is locked till 830AM. Our door was so hard to push open almost jammed shut. The tv took forever to turn on (not kidding) had to turn the power button in and wait two minutes for it to kick on. Our neighbors were drunk and fighting at 2am that someone called the cops. The room itself was clean and fresh.

The hotel is located in between Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach. You can easily walk to Dewey and the Main Street area on a safe sidewalk. Walking to Regoboth would not be easy- due to lack of sidewalks and distance. Biking yes. The staff was very nice here. Rates the best for the area and DOG friendly.

We are in Dewey every other weekend and The Dunes is our go to every time! Rooms are always immaculate and AC is ice cold. The staff is always there to greet you with a smile 😃

Great little motel. It's been freshened up for the ages. I stayed here with some friends for a birthday weekend. The staff was lovely and there are great free snacks in the lobby. There is a gas station next door and a great bar/restaurant across the street. Next to the restaurant is a liquor store. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is the perfect location for being able to walk to Dewey and Rehoboth beaches. The rooms are cute and comfortable, and there are a variety of free snacks and coffee available in the lobby. Beth was very welcoming at check-in and gave great tips on how to get around the area.

The room was dirty if you locked up in the corners and up by a light on the ceiling, there were cobwebs. When they come in declaring the room, all they did was exchange. The towels they didn't actually clean the room, which was pretty pathetic. I would not recommend any one stay here. I will never stay here again. In my 65 years of life it was by far the worst bed I ever slept in. I've slept on floors that were more comfortable than that. And the noise out front from all the traffic was horrendous. And then the person next to us had one of those yappy, dogs who just laughed at bark. And bark and bark, and the People that run the motel didn't do anything about it, which was also pathetic. I would give it zero stars if possible. Someone else wrote not to pay attention to all the good reviews. And I agree with that person one hundred per cent. Spend extra money go Somewhere else? If you stay there, you'll be sorry. Our last night there. The bed was so bad. We slept less than two hours and got up at six o'clock in the morning and left. Don't stay there. Go somewhere else. Or you'll find out the hard way as we did.
