The location is very convenient. The staff are friendly.

We cant park because the slope of the way to parking is too high. I hope they fix this for low vehicles. Also, not the staff's fault as it was full, but I booked early for 3 rooms and we still didnt get the rooms in the same floor.

Tiene una relación calidad precio muy buena. El personal es amable. Todas las instalaciones muy bien, con una bonita terraza en la azotea para cenar.

Hay obras al lado y son un poco ruidosas. El aire acondicionado tampoco es silencioso que digamos.

Avant tout, nous avons été impressionné par le personnel extrêmement bien veillant et professionnel. Une mention particulière pour la jeune fille qui a fait notre check in (désolée je ne me souviens plus de son prénom) Elle nous a beaucoup aidé ainsi que Jeff qui est exceptionnel de gentillesse !! Ainsi que Paoulo. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien équipées

The change of room was possible over breakfast. Breakfast was good and view from the top restaurant nice. Second room was as promissed in the booking. Old town and other sights are in walking distance of the hotel.

In the booking I asked for a outside room on an upper floor. When we arrived we got an inside room on the lowest floor. On asking for a different room that was not possible. Then I had to discover that the aricondition was not working in our room and demanded a new room next morning which we got at least immediately so we did not waste further time on the day. After change I had to understand that the first room was not even the level I had booked so I felt somewhat betrayed. It was the first time that a hotel fully ignored my request. I appreachiate that these cannot be always fullfilled in total, but here it was obviously not cared for at all.
