"Hotel is fine to stay for 1 night"

I booked an executive suit but was provided with a twin bed room. One of the twin bed wasn’t very clean. Safe in the room didn’t work and no instructions. I didn’t want to complain as I was there only 1 night

The property didn’t have any amenities for the kitchen, there was only 1 knife and fork, couple plates and 2 cups. Nothing else to be able to cook, no pots or pans.
