Quiet location. Welcome treat Included homemade cup cakes. Breakfast substantial. Nothing too much trouble. Parking is a little tight.

Beautifully restored barn, very comfortable room and great bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional, freshly cooked to order.

We booked a last-minute 2 night break and based our decision on where to stay on the reviewer ratings. We were not disappointed - from the really friendly welcome to the decor and quality of the room to the lovely breakfast each morning this is a place we would recommend in a heartbeat. All of the attractions in North Norfolk are within easy reach - Cromer, Sheringham, the 'Burnhams', the broads at Horning and Wroxham and the deserted beach at Happisburgh. All of this was made more enjoyable knowing what fantastic accommodation we would be returning to each night.
