"最低水準のリブマックスホテル"

平塚駅前という名称ですが、駅から距離があります。テレビは地上波のみでBSのサービスがありません。部屋の中の照明のランプの明るさが十分でなく、部屋が暗いです。また、、各部屋にエアコンがなく、セントラルタイプなので、温度の調整が難しいです。おそらく、別のホテルをリブマックスに改装したものと思われますが、その改装がリブマックスの水準にないです。そして、リブマックスのチェーンなので、アメニティが少ないので、その印象もよくないです。 　リブマックスのチェーンは各地利用してきましたが、リブマックスの中では最低の水準にあると評価します。

予約システム上は朝食無料であったにもかかわらず、チェックイン時に最近朝食は有料になって素泊まりの予約になっているとの説明があり、予約時の画面を示すも完全に悪質なクレーマー扱いで取り合っていただけませんでした。
