Very noisy floor above the room when someone walking around

We were absolutely blown away by Sophie's hospitality, what a beautiful little b and b this is, the choice of breakfast was sumptuous and so nice, we were lucky enough to be there for pizza night which is on the first Saturday of each month and the pizza's are hand made and cooked by Sophie's son in a wood fired oven, they are delicious. We will be definitely be back sometime in the future

Ideal location for Harrogate, Knaresborough & Brimham Rocks. Very good room, very hospitable and excellent breakfast

Lovely place and perfect host

We had a great stay at Sophie's, lovely room with plenty of space, fantastic breakfast and local pub next door was excellent for meals, we would definitely recommend staying here, everyone was very welcoming and we would love to return some day 👍

Super combination of tearoom/cafe with boutique accommodation. Very comfortable and unique sort of residence. Everyone exceptionally friendly and welcoming and easy transfer downstairs to the tearoom for breakfast! Would recommend and not hesitate to use again.
